Via Sophia is a 16-week live immersion held on Tuesday evenings from 6:30–9:30pm EST via Zoom. These gatherings allow for group teaching in an intimate circle of no more than 13 ladies, embodied practice, partner breakouts, and shared reflection.

All classes are recorded. Audio recordings are edited for clarity and placed in The Feminine Archive. Video recordings are not shared in order to protect privacy and encourage open participation.

Throughout these sixteen weeks, you will engage the Feminine Spiral of Unfolding as a lived orientation. You will meet and work with the Mystical Mothers as relational intelligences within the Field of Feminine Intelligence. Temple Journeys and other explorations of the Architecture of the Mystical Feminine are offered in class and recorded for access in The Feminine Archive. HomePlay activities encourage embodied practice, partner work, and personal exploration so you may better inhabit this rich experience.

There is no “novice” or “advanced” track. Each woman enters as she is. Whether this is your first immersion or your fifth return, you are invited to engage freshly. Every gathering is live, responsive, and relational.

Via Sophia is designed as a mentored container. It is spacious, generous, and deep. The work does not end at week sixteen. It becomes your lived orientation which is always evolving.

When I use the word Feminine, I am not referring to gender, personality traits, or cultural roles. I am not speaking about polarity, performance, or a particular spiritual identity. I am describing a living intelligence that moves through relationship, timing, and participation.

The Feminine, as I use the term, is the way life organizes itself through cycles rather than force. Through listening rather than control. Through embodied presence rather than outcome management.

This intelligence can be recognized in nature, in the body, in seasons of beginning and ending, and in creative process. It is not owned by women, though women often feel it intimately. It is not opposed to the Masculine. It is a distinct orientation toward how life unfolds.

This architecture does not divide reality into competing forces. What we call Feminine and Masculine are complementary movements within one field, shaping and responding to one another in lived experience.

In Via Sophia, we explore how to recognize and inhabit this orientation in practical, everyday life.

My relationship with the Mystical Mothers began through lived experience more than sixteen years ago. What first arrived as intimate encounters with specific Feminine presences gradually revealed itself as a larger architecture of intelligence which was relational, embodied, and alive.

Over time, I was introduced to Ariel Spilsbury’s wheel of thirteen Feminine archetypes. That sacred map offered structural language to describe what I was already living. With permission, I integrated the wheel and selected archetypal elements into my teaching, which has continued to clarify and mature through every gathering. As the work deepened, lived experience reshaped and refined that map beyond its original form.

The Feminine does not unfold in isolation. She unfolds in relationship within a living field of intelligence. For years, I have gathered with women to explore the nature of the Feminine Mystery and how this wisdom expresses itself in ordinary life. To the women who brought courage, curiosity, and vulnerability to those foundational circles, I remain deeply grateful.

Via Sophia — the Way of Wisdom — now reflects years of practice, refinement, and evolution. The Mystical Mothers are not distant figures or fixed archetypes. They are living doorways within the Field of Feminine Intelligence. Working in partnership with the Feminine Creation Cycle, you engage the Mothers as relational intelligences and resources that can be recognized, embodied, and expressed in everyday life.

You do not need prior experience with the Sacred Feminine, the Mystical Mothers, or embodied practice. Curiosity, willingness, and an openness to explore your lived experience are more than enough. Women who are new often bring a freshness that keeps the field alive.

Women who have journeyed deeply with me or with other Feminine teachings are equally welcome. You will not be repeating old material. You will be entering familiar terrain through a new spiral.

This work does not rely on accumulated knowledge. It asks for presence.

Every gathering unfolds in real time. What emerges is shaped by the women in the room and by where each stands in the Feminine Creation Cycle. Those who have walked this path before consistently discover that the Mothers reveal new layers when approached again.

There is no advanced level and no novice tier. There is only lived engagement.

Via Sophia offers a deeply practical exploration of how to inhabit your life more fully. The Feminine Spiral of Unfolding is not theoretical. It is natural and pragmatic, and it helps orient you within your current phase of life. This cycle is already moving through your relationships, work, creativity, thresholds and changes, fatigue, and joy.

During this sixteen-week immersion, you explore how these phases appear in real time. A difficult conversation. A creative idea that will not leave you alone. A season of exhaustion. A quiet yes. A necessary ending.

Rather than trying to fix yourself, change a situation, or exert more control over your life, you begin to recognize where you are in the cycle. This recognition often brings relief, followed by the realization that you have always been living in phases.

Once seen, effort begins to lessen. Over time, this becomes lived orientation. You soften when softening is needed. You choose when choice is required. You release what is complete. You rest in what remains.

Via Sophia is not about arriving somewhere else. It is about recognizing where you already stand. This ancient orientation toward life is relational, cyclical, embodied, and wise. It is also deeply practical and profoundly supportive in modern culture.

Not exactly.

In Via Sophia, the Mystical Mothers are understood as living intelligences or relational doorways within the Field of Feminine Intelligence. They are not deities to worship, nor fixed mythological figures. These Mothers were once organized within an archetypal wheel, and that structure still informs the map, but this work now emphasizes lived relationship over symbolic classification.

Across cultures, many goddesses embody similar qualities. Those stories and forms can help us recognize certain expressions of the Feminine. But in this work, we engage the Mothers as experiential patterns of wisdom that can be felt, embodied, and lived.

You are not required to believe in anything. You are invited to notice what becomes available in direct experience.

Yes, the Via Sophia 16 week immersion is offered live on Zoom. This Circle meets you in the comfort of your own home every Tuesday evening, 6:30 – 9:30pm EST.  Do remember to check your time zone.  

I also host occasional in-person immersions at Soul Sanctuary and single-day workshops throughout the year. All events are posted on my site.

For Zoom classes, you’ll receive one link that remains the same each week. While a computer offers the easiest participation experience, you are welcome to join from whatever device works for you.

Life is full. Sometimes that means missing a live class.

All sessions are recorded and an edited audio version is placed in the Archive, along with any relevant handouts and practices. While I recommend listening before the next class so you remain connected to the rhythm of the group, you’ll know your own pace.

That said, there is something powerful about being present in real time. The shared field, the conversation, the subtle unfolding within the interior – your own and the ladies within the Circle. This is an immersion, so naturally you’ll have a rich experience.
