There is a way of living that feels both ancient and fully alive. A way that does not ask you to transcend your humanity or repair what was never broken. It invites you into a deeper belonging with your body, your relationships, and the natural rhythms already shaping your life.
Via Sophia encourages a practical relationship with the Mystical Feminine. This is not an idea to adopt. It is a living intelligence moving through breath, timing, participation, embodied presence, and the subtle intelligence of Life.
The Mystical Feminine expresses as intuition that does not panic, strength that does not harden, love that does not collapse, and wisdom that is both tender and precise.
Via Sophia is not a path of belief. It is a path of recognition. You begin to notice where you are in the phases of your own life. To move naturally when it is time to soften, choose, release, or create.
Wisdom here is not something you acquire. It is something you begin to trust.
The Field of Feminine Intelligence is not abstract. It has architecture. Not rigid structure, but living form with pattern, rhythm and relationship. A geometry revealed through cycles, thresholds, return, expansion, and rest.
When you begin to sense this architecture, you recognize that your life is not random. It moves in phases. Seasons of gathering and seasons of release. Times of emergence and times of dissolution. This is not a ladder of ascent. It is a spiral of lived participation.
Within Via Sophia, this living architecture is explored through the Mystical Mothers, the Temples, and the Feminine Spiral of Unfolding.
The Spiral offers a practical map of how life moves through belonging, softening, differentiation, expansion, coherence, release, dissolution, integration, and renewed embodiment. Over time you begin to recognize these movements not as spiritual concepts, but as the natural intelligence already shaping your relationships, creativity, work, fatigue, and joy.
There are 13 Mystical Mothers, arranged upon a map that is both circle and spiral. Each Mother represents a distinct field of intelligence and illuminates a quality of embodied wisdom. They serve as doorways to Temple structures within the greater field, inviting you into direct relationship with the way Life expresses through you.
You will explore compassion, devotion, sovereignty, initiation, liberation, wise humor, dreaming, fierce love, and more.
The Wheel offers orientation.
The Spiral reveals movement.
Recognition becomes lived experience.
You enter this living architecture Temple by Temple. Over time, you discover it was never outside you. Over time, you begin to recognize echoes of this living architecture in the body, in nature, in relationship, and in the larger patterns of Life.
It has always been alive within your own field of being.
When the Mystical Feminine is welcomed consciously, she does not remove you from the world. She roots you more deeply within it.
Through this journey, what once appeared symbolic becomes experiential. What once felt external becomes embodied. The wisdom of the Mothers shifts from concept to lived orientation.
You begin to notice how the Compassionate One changes the tone of a conversation and softens self-judgment. How the Great Mother restores belonging. How the Wise Woman interrupts unnecessary drama with quiet humor. How the Initiator asks you to step forward or gently fall back when it is time. How the Alchemical Mother teaches you to metabolize experience rather than carry it.
This is not abstract spirituality. It is lived mysticism.
There is no rush here. No demand for transformation. Only steady integration as effort softens and capacity widens, allowing a quiet recognition of how to fully inhabit the life you are living.
Practical mysticism invites you into direct relationship with the intelligence that animates life. This intelligence is immediate and relational, recognized within the ordinary moments of your experience. Allowing you to live sacred without standing apart from your own life.
Embodying this Feminine Intelligence refines perception so you can sense rhythm, timing, and subtle shifts within your body, relationships, and circumstances. As striving relaxes, something steadier emerges. You begin to recognize when to soften, when to wait, when to speak, when to move, when to create.
This is creative participation with Life rather than management of it. Here, effort softens and appreciation deepens.

To be a woman in this time is complex. You navigate work, relationships, responsibility, creativity, aging, desire, fatigue, and care. You are informed, capable, and often overstretched. Current culture continually asks for output, clarity, performance, and certainty. These expectations are not only exhausting, they can quietly erode self-trust and create confusion about how to live in alignment with yourself.
Yet beneath the speed of modern life, something older continues to move, steady and persistent.
The Feminine Spiral of Unfolding does not only live within Via Sophia. Its rhythms can be recognized in the body, in the natural world, and across the lived experience of women — softening, enduring, choosing, releasing, creating, and beginning again.
Via Sophia does not remove you from contemporary life. It strengthens your capacity to inhabit it with depth and steadiness. You begin to recognize the phases moving through your own experience and within the wider feminine lineage pattern.
Ancient rhythm. Present moment. One living path.
The Spiral Path does not exist outside of you. It comes alive through your participation. And rest assured, you will not walk it alone.
Via Sophia is a shared field of exploration and remembrance. Together, we deepen relationship with our own timing, perception, embodied knowing, and the wisdom already moving through our lives.
I have walked this spiral for many years and continue to be shaped by it. The field grows through those who enter it. You’ll meet women in this Circle who bring commitment, courage, humor, tenderness, and wise insight.

Via Sophia is a 16-week live immersion held on Tuesday evenings from 6:30–9:30pm ET via Zoom. Gatherings include teaching, embodied practice, shared exploration, partner work, and reflection within an intimate Circle of no more than 13 women.

Video recordings are not shared, protecting the privacy of the Circle and allowing women to participate openly.
If you feel the call of this invitation, you belong here. There is no novice or advanced track in Via Sophia. Each woman enters as she is.
You do not need previous experience with Via Sophia, the Mystical Feminine, meditation, energy work, or any particular spiritual tradition. Everything you need to enter the work is offered within the immersion.
And if you have been exploring contemplative, psychological, spiritual, or embodied practices for many years, there is room for that depth here as well. Via Sophia is not built around mastering a body of information. The invitation is to meet what is alive now.
Women return to this work because the experience changes as they do. The same Mother, practice, question, or place on the Spiral may reveal something entirely different at another moment in your life.
Come as you are. Curiosity and a willingness to participate are enough.
When I use the word Feminine, I am not referring to gender, personality traits, or cultural roles. I am describing a living intelligence expressed through relationship, rhythm, timing, embodied presence, and participation.
The Feminine, as I use the term, can be recognized in the way life moves through cycles rather than force, through listening rather than control, through responsiveness rather than constant striving toward an outcome.
This intelligence can be recognized in nature, in the body, in seasons of beginning and ending, and in the creative process. It is not owned by women, though women often experience an intimate relationship with it.
Within Via Sophia, we explore how to recognize, trust, and embody this intelligence in the life we are actually living.
Life is full. Sometimes that means missing a live class.
All sessions are recorded and an edited audio version is placed in the Archive, along with any relevant handouts and practices. While I recommend listening before the next class so you remain connected to the rhythm of the group, you’ll know your own pace.
That said, there is something powerful about being present in real time. The shared field, the conversation, the subtle unfolding within the interior – your own and the ladies within the Circle. This is an immersion, so naturally you’ll have a rich experience.
Tuition for the 16-week Via Sophia Circle is $1,666.
A $416 deposit reserves your place in the Circle. The remaining tuition may be paid in full or divided into payments, with the full balance due by December 15, 2026.
We will confirm your preferred payment schedule and method during your welcome conversation. Payment may be made by Pay Pal (on my site), credit card, check, or Venmo. Applicable PayPal and credit card processing fees will be added to payments made through those platforms.
If Via Sophia feels right for you and you need a different payment schedule, please reach out to me privately.
Registration and Cancellation Policy
Because each Via Sophia Circle is intentionally limited to 13 women, your registration reserves a place that I will hold specifically for you.
If your plans change on or before December 15, 2026, tuition you have paid beyond the $416 deposit will be refunded. Your deposit is nonrefundable, but before December 15 it may be transferred, with prior arrangement, to another Via Sophia class or offering.
After December 15, 2026, all tuition is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
