It started out with a recognition that my mind was crowded. The result of a busy schedule, too much screen time, and an inbox filling as soon as I emptied it.
Sometimes the world feels out of control. Your personal world. The lives of those around you. Your country. The ecosystem. So that a sense of powerless arises.
A survey by the American Psychological Association found that the ideal level of stress is “below whatever level of stress is being experienced.”
It’s a New Year. Time for resolutions and resolve. Hopes and dreams. People are choosing their resolutions. Yet, you know how that goes.
