For many years, I have offered group meditations for various Spiritual communities and my own workshops. Always live streamed, the words, invitations, and energy arrived in alignment with the topic of the day.
I’ve come to appreciate how each meditation addressed the complexity of where we were at the time – in the world, in community, and in personal lives. You’ll see many of these meditations were offered during quarantine and challenging social times.
While timely in the moment of creation, these teachings are also universal and timeless.
You may enjoy the benefit of these meditations any time you choose. They are offered in a simple format – no music, just the flowing teaching in the form of a guided meditation.
Information is shared at the conscious, subconscious, and energetic levels. It is best to relax and open to whatever comes forth whether you hear the entire meditation or drift off into an expanded, relaxed state. Don’t listen in a car and do stay hydrated as each meditation naturally offers a gentle, positive adjustment to your energy.
