How Registration Works
Registration and payment are completed directly through Selva Armonia Retreat Center.
When you select “Reserve & Choose Room,” you’ll be taken to their secure booking page where you can view room options, select your accommodation, and complete your registration.
Payment plans are available through Selva Armonia, and all transactions are processed securely through their system. They add a clearly marked 7.5% booking and processing fee at checkout.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of retreat planning and reserved accommodations, all payments are nonrefundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another participant if a suitable replacement is found.
Travel insurance with medical and cancellation coverage is required and is the best way to protect your investment.
Your Flights & Arrival in Costa Rica
You’ll fly into the Juan Santamaría International Airport airport (SJO). You’ll need to arrive on October 16, 2026 (or before if you choose). The program begins on October 17, 2026 when the group will be picked up at the hotel to be transported to the retreat center.
Your program price includes two nights at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel for ease of arrival and departure. October 16 and 24, 2026.
You must plan your arrival in Costa Rica on October 16 so not to miss the group’s transport to the retreat center. If you are flying to another airport, you are responsible for finding your way to the hotel.
This is a substance-free retreat. No alcohol, plant medicine, or recreational substances are part of the retreat experience.
