Prior to every retreat, I am shown a Soulful Map for the structure, transmission of Sacred Wisdom, group ceremonies, experiential practices, and healing techniques. The beauty, power, and wealth of knowledge which emerges is far beyond anything I could create on my own.

Throughout the weekend, I’ll “live stream” teachings and transmissions to awaken your inner knowing, intuition, and potential to heal. You will be graced with Wisdom teachings and Light transmissions from the Sacred Feminine in Her many faces, Angelic Presence, Masterful Teachers, and Pachamama (nature’s wisdom).
Immersing within the Sacred Feminine Mystery, you’ll discover your own direct connection to the mystical knowledge, the celestial teachers, and the Divine healing energy. Your Soul is your guide into the Mystery and the experience will be perfectly suited to your needs and your spiritual evolution.

Connie brings many years of teaching and mentoring women in the midst of personal transformation. She has self studied masters across many traditions and integrates wisdom from all walks of life to support everyday practical ways of being. She teaches morning yoga and will guide you in breathing and chair yoga throughout the retreat.
Retreat fee includes all preparation materials, retreat activities, facility fees, meals, handouts, mp3 downloads of recorded meditations, and surprise goodies.

Be the first to be notified when the Sacred Immersion Retreat registration opens on March 1, 2022. All Cranaleith housing is reserved with payment on a first come, first served basis.
Your Immersion experience will be held on the beautiful grounds of Cranaleith outside of Philadelphia. This private estate, known as the Sanctuary of the Trees, offers the soothing presence of nature as a backdrop for your Immersion experience.
The conference center is transformed into a sanctuary for our gatherings and ceremonies. The retreat will use the entire conference center and grounds, so there is plenty of room to relax, commune with friends or nature, or rest during free time. The Cranaleith staff will greet you with love, nourish you with healthy meals, and offer you the privacy to enjoy your retreat experience.

The Sacred Immersion experience offers you the chance to step out of time into a protected cocoon of love, warmth, and nourishing companionship. And then you go home. Back to your regular life. We understand this. So does the Divine. That’s why you’ll be encouraged to explore how every practice, idea, and ceremony can be translated and practically applied in your everyday life. It’s not only possible, it is necessary for a Wise Woman to live in both worlds. Mystical. Mundane. Woven together in a beautiful dance.
Your Immersion will empower you to cultivate a Sacred Life. A beautiful, spirited life.
Dress is casual and comfy. Add a sweater or wrap so you’re comfortable with temperature changes in conference center. You’ll spend time outdoors, so pack accordingly. You may choose to wear white for our ceremonies or whatever feels special to you. Bring a blanket, meditation cushion, and yoga mat (if doing yoga). These will come in handy throughout the weekend.
Bring a journal, Angel card deck (I’ll have extras), small crystal to give away, bag of hershey kisses, sacred items for retreater altar (take home with you), 3 $1 bills, and your favorite yummy snack to share. We’re going plastic free, so bring a reusable water bottle. No need for towels or sheets. Everything else you will need will be provided!
Cranaleith offers a quaint housing experience (imagine going to Grandma’s) with mostly twin occupancy. I will assign your roommate. You may also request to share a room with another retreater if both of you have registered. All Cranaleith housing will be assigned with consideration for the entire group. You may arrange your own roommate if you’re staying at the Radisson. I am happy to match you with a roommate if one is available. As all housing is first come, first served, so it is best to sign up early and share your request with me so I may consider your preference. While I can’t guarantee your request will be met, I will do my best to accommodate your desire.
It is really a matter of preference and availability. The focus is on your personal and group intent to create a powerful opportunity for transformation. The schedule is full and everything happens on the grounds of Cranaleith. There isn’t a need to return to your room during the day. As we are the only group at Cranaleith, there is ample space at the conference center and grounds to store your belongings, meet your need for rest, contemplation, and companionship.
That’s perfectly understandable. It takes courage and a strong, soulful intent to venture into the unknown to explore your potential for growth. You will discover a community of women who will welcome you with warmth, interest, and appreciation for what you bring to the group. You are an essential member of the Sacred Immersion and will without a doubt feel this during the weekend. Expect to come home to yourself, your Soul, and a sense of belonging in this community. We’re all waiting for you, so please dive in!
Absolutely. I have payment plan options on the retreat page. I’ll work with you to create a personal payment plan if that better suits you. All payment plans must have the retreat and housing paid in full on the date final payments are due (see web page). This is your Sacred Immersion, so you may prepare anyway you choose. Tune into your own Soulful guidance to ask how best to prepare. Some retreaters clean up their diet, spend time alone meditating or in nature, or simply take care of work tasks so they feel less pressure while away. You’re welcome to arrive anytime after 8am on Thursday to settle in, enjoy the grounds at Cranaleith, and connect with your fellow retreaters. Do plan to turn off the phone, text, and email during the weekend.
Many retreaters choose to take the day off on Monday to allow their body, mind, energy, and spirit to integrate the many changes they’ve experienced. This weekend is an investment into your life, wellbeing, and the evolution of your Soul. Don’t just squeeze it in to your life. Let your life open to create space for the retreat to work its magic on you in the days and months following your Immersion.
The Sacred Immersion Retreat is awesome in person. And I hope to explore the safest way to enjoy our time together. If we need to be virtual, we’ll still have a wonderful experience. We shifted our 2020 retreat to a Virtual Sacred Immersion and it was an amazing, intimate, and powerful experience. If we had to shift to a Virtual Retreat, the price would be adjusted and any refund would be immediate. The schedule will be adapted to enhance the experience and avoid too many hours on ZOOM. Let’s stay curious and see what happens.
