Wanted: Parking Spaces and Miracles

Here’s an Angel tale which has a high likelihood of being true. (wink)

Lucia was feeling especially sad one cold, overcast day as she walked down the street to work. It was more than the winter blues that had her feeling overwhelmed when, once again, she couldn’t find a parking place anywhere near her office. Tightening her coat around her, Lucia reflected on the difficulty of making it on her own in the world.

Lucia was beaten down from having too much to do and too little time, help, and money.

She felt too busy with the demands of her job and life in general.  So much time and energy was being put into work that she hardly took time to nurture herself.  So many obligations were interfering with having fun with her family and friends.“I need some help!” she thought. 

Trudging down the street, Lucia began daydreaming about the Want Ad she would like to place.

WANTED: round-the clock assistance to provide guidance, miracles & parking spaces.  Immediate opening requires unlimited availability, outrageously positive outlook, joyful sense of humor, excellent communication skills  and boundless energy.   Must always respond, provide expert direction, and bring love to every interaction. Salary: my gratitude.  Benefits: the intrinsic pleasure from serving others.

The moment Lucia ended her daydream, she was astounded to see multitudes of Angels all around her.

Stopping abruptly, she noticed beautiful beings of light engaged in acts of service to the people all around her.  She twirled in circles marveling at the little to big ways the Angels were helping the humans. “How can this be?” she wondered.  “Perhaps I am hallucinating!” “Or perhaps you are seeing things as they really are!” a gentle voice offered.  Lucia’s body was tingling as she turned toward the musical voice.

Lucia was enthralled by the presence of a beautiful large Angel who radiated feelings of comfort and love.

“Greetings, dear Lucia. I am Gabriel, chosen messenger of the Angelic realm this day to share our deepest gratitude to you for calling upon us.  We have long awaited the opportunity to partner with you to create a life filled with peace, love, joy, and harmony.  I am here to answer any questions you may have about how we may be of service to you.” As they walked down the street, Lucia’s many questions were asked and answered. 

Her life was transformed in that moment. To be continued ….

Lucia could be anyone of us, on any given day, when life feels a bit too challenging. By learning to partner with the Angels, Lucia learned that there really was tangible, practical help available once she knew how it worked.  Across many spiritual traditions, Angels serve as messengers of the Divine Source, as emanations of love, and as helpers for humanity.

If you are open to the possibility of Angelic existence, the partnership may begin with a request for help.

The request is important as Angels respect your free will and don’t work unbidden. Many people overtly ask for help, while others send out subconscious requests for heavenly assistance.  As Lucia learned, there is no limit to the number of Angels available, type of help given, or wisdom, love, and healing that they offer. 

Angels have no space or time restriction, so they can be with anyone and everyone, anywhere, at any time.

No request is too small or too large. This is important and frees you to ask the Angels for any kind of help. It truly doesn’t matter whether you are asking for guidance about life decisions, healing from disease, recapturing joy in relationships, or finding the perfect parking place.  You may ask aloud, within your mind, or on paper. Just so long as you ask.

Lucia stopped still once she saw the ‘signs’ of Angels around her. 

She then moved through her doubt to enter into a dialogue to learn more. These are important steps as you open intuitively to the Angelic conversation. Take time to be still and notice what ‘answers’ show up in your life.  You may quiet the active mind by meditating, reflecting in nature, turning off the TV or radio, or slowing down while you consciously move through your day.  Everyone is intuitive and has the potential to receive information in their unique way.

Children know this and display a natural trust, as well as a playfulness, in their openness to the world beyond the five senses.

Once open to receiving help and guidance, you may notice the coincidental way a stranger offers an idea, a challenge  miraculously dissolves, or a friend provides you with the perfect book.  Solutions appear in dreams, gut feelings guide you in the right direction, and feelings of peace descend with the thought of being surrounded by Angels. 

Take note that conversations with Angels provide kind, loving, and positive messages that are always empowering.

These beings of light are never harsh, dismissive, and judgmental. If doubt or critical thoughts enter your dialogue, take a breath and drop back into your original intent to connect with the loving assistance of the Angelic realm.  If you’re interested in how the Angels may help enhance your life, ask them to lead you to the books, people, workshops, and experiences that support your learning more.  Most importantly, have fun with this exploration as the Angels are naturally light, joyful, playful, and enthusiastically loving.    

Let’s see how Lucia’s Want Ad is paying off.

Six months later, Lucia laughed and thanked her ‘parking Angel’ as she once again found the perfect parking space outside her office building.   With a bounce in her step, she enthusiastically set off for work. Trusting that whatever she needed would be provided. Knowing she was surrounded and protected by the unlimited love of the Angels.  By seeking this partnership, Lucia had rediscovered the delight, joy, and unconditional love that is available to everyone. 

As Lucia walked confidently into the building, people stopped to admire her glow. 

Lucia had reclaimed the light within that was her namesake. Once the Light brightened Lucia, it continued to flow forth to bless those who crossed her path.  Who knows? Perhaps some of that Light is flowing through these words to you right now. Remember that whenever you ask the Angels for help or to rekindle your Light, they respond immediately. Engaging the Angels has the potential to enhance your life and awaken your inner glow.

Angelic Radiance. Human Luminosity.

The Angelic Presence, as an aspect of the Divine Presence, surrounds you now. 

This energy of Love, radiant and peaceful, surrounds you always.  You move within this energy of Divine Love in all moments, for you are made of this Love energy, as are the Angels.  You may relax deeper into this peaceful Presence any time you choose without understanding an exact science for accessing Angelic energy and without concern for whether you are worthy of such attention.  You are worthy – holy and completely worthy. 

The Angelic Presence surrounds you right now and invites you to breathe in this peace as you read these words.  

Without exception, as I sit in groups who wish to explore their partnerships with the Angelic realm, this experience of peace and sense of delight is present. Whether we simply discuss Angels and their deep desire to support humanity or allow the words of the Angels to flow to and through us, group members speak of feeling peace, comfort, contentment, and deep love when immersed within Angelic energy.

In meditative stillness and gentle receptivity to these benevolent helpers, a soothing of the mind and body occurs much like a child’s tranquil response to a lullaby sung by her nurturing mother.

This peace is most often attributed to the Presence and Grace of the Angels. This is true, yet not a complete understanding.

As I witness the peace upon each person’s face and the love flowing through their words as experiences are shared within these Angelic groups, I am moved by their beauty. I witness the expanding radiance of their Light as each individual communicates a unique experience, sharing delights and even doubts.

Love Itself flows through the words, the spaces between the words, and the vibrational highways of dancing energy fields.

As the energy of Love’s Presence is received by each person in their unique fashion, insights are received, woes are released, smiles are shared, and hearts are opened. Again, I witness the expanding radiance of Light of the individual and the group.

Such expanding radiance is most often attributed to the Presence and Grace of the Angels. This is true, yet not a complete understanding.

Immersed within the radiant Presence of a group of shining humans, I witness the peace, delight and love of the Angelic Realm. I am moved by their beauty as I observe an expansion of Love energy and an amplification of Angelic radiance. A most curious effect, this pulsating luminosity that expands as group members speak of their experiences or bask within the soothing Angelic energy.

My attention shifts between the flaring light around the group and the bursting light around the Angels. A pattern emerges as amplified Light takes turns dancing in a phenomenal choreographic exchange.

Such amplified radiance is most often attributed to the Presence and Grace of these Humans. This is true, yet not a complete understanding.

In beautiful symmetry, Light reveals itself as perfectly peaceful, gloriously radiant, and wholly holy. Is it the Angelic Presence that reflects the perfection of Human Luminosity? Or is it the Human expression of Love that reflects the perfection of Angelic generosity?

Within the continuous, interdependent reflection of grandeur, Angel to Luminous Human and Human to Radiant Angel, wholeness dances as Truth is revealed.

Love Itself rests peacefully within the knowledge that Human and Angel alike contribute to the radiant reflection of the indwelling Presence of Love and Grace.

This Divine Presence surrounds you now, flows to you now, and flows from you now.

You are immersed within this radiant Love as sure as you are broadcasting this beautiful Peace from the holiest space of your Sacred Self. There is beauty within your Presence. You are invited to claim the beauty of your radiance and cast your light upon all beings so that they may receive this reflection of their own beautiful Presence.

You are invited to reflect the purest energy of Love to the Angelic realm so that they may receive, amplify, and reflect your luminosity to the dark places that have momentarily forgotten that they, too, are the radiant Presence of the Divine. As peace descends, the dimmer light awakens to its radiance as gently as the Divine Mother soothes her children into remembrance of their absolute worthiness.

And the dance continues in perfect symmetry and perfect peace.

Open Air Schools replace tourists in Kashmir. Here’s a creative solution to education during COVID. With the grandeur of the snow capped Himalayan in the background, children sit 6 feet apart with workbooks or listen to teachers with portable posters instead of blackboards. Within the rural regions, often impoverished, many schools and children are not equipped for online learning. Closing the divide between those with devices and those without, this fresh air alternative is creatively meeting the needs of children and bringing relief to parents.

Talking to Angels

Have you been talking to Angels?

Yeah, me too.  How’s that going? 

(That’s a real question.)

I really wonder what it’s like for you when you chat with the Angels.  I’d love to know the details. The Who, What About, When, How, How often and What happens type of details.  I’d love to know how they respond and how you know it’s them.    

I want to know what doesn’t happen.  Where it doesn’t work, when you doubt (them, you), when you forget them, when they remind you. When they disappoint you.  Or you them.

(Spoiler alert. That last option just isn’t a possibility.  Ever.)  

I want to know all of it.  So, email me.  I’ll read it. I’ll send you a guided meditation as a thank you.  Which one.  Don’t know.  I’m sure “they” will tell me.  

You know how you get so used to your way of doing things, you forget there are other ways?  That’s me.  Hence, my (real) question.

It’s a big world out there.  Lots of humans.  The cosmos is even bigger.  Lots of celestial conversationalists available for a (snap) chat. I wonder if you’re the chatty kind – talking all day to humans and light beings.  Or if you spend most of your time with one group over another.  Maybe you only talk (to humans or angels) when you really need something.  I wonder what it’s like for you.

I don’t read books about how to connect with Angels anymore. 

Not for years.  I read a bunch in the beginning.  They opened a new world to me and I’m deeply grateful for them. I liked having information about the Angels: names, roles, descriptions and ways to translate Angelic guidance.  This initial structure gave me the foundational knowledge and ideas about how I figure it all worked.  

I didn’t realize how these books also kept me bound within limited ideas about the Angelic Presence.  

I do remember the exact moment that door opened.  

I was offering an Angel reading as part of my practicum to become an Angel Healing Practitioner  You can just picture me.  My face and insides all screwed up in concentration as I “tried” to translate something that sounded like Angelic guidance.  Lots of tension. Lots of effort.

Until something akin to a tap on my right shoulder was followed by a question.  

“Do you mind if We take it from here?”

“Have at it!”  My relief was palpable. My knowing clear. My trust complete. 

From that day on, talking to Angels has become as natural as breathing. So has listening to Angels, streaming Angelic Conversations for others, consulting with them on all my life decisions, and helping you find your own way into this ongoing conversation. 

I know you have the skill to do the same.  I have zero doubt on that belief.  

Why so sure? I’ve sat with thousands of people throughout the years.  Heard so many Angel connection stories. Witnessed so many beautiful partnerships, heartfelt wisdom translations, and bodyfelt receptivity to the Angelic Presence.  Too many to count.  So, I know you absolutely have the skill to enter the conversation more fully.  

I just wonder where you’re bound. 

By your limited beliefs. By your doubt in yourself. By your experience (evidence) of not being responded to.  By your disappointments. By your perception that others can do this, but not you.  

I lived all of that.  Fully embodied disempowerment all the while I was having marginal success “talking with Angels.”

Those days are gone. These days I’m clear: the only time I’m not engaged with these lovely messengers is when I’ve left the conversation.  When I’ve narrowed my perception, my thinking, my awareness.  When I’ve gotten lost in one of my countless human stories that lead me to believe I’m separate from this ongoing flowing dialogue. 

These days I know the Angels are always Live Streaming.  

And, unbeknownst to most, you are always engaged in some level at that conversation.   

I wonder what your myths are about how this flowing, streaming beautiful conversation is “suppose to” happen.  

Myths.  Plural.  They are like locked doors – keeping you outside looking in at those who can talk to Angels, easily translate celestial wisdom, access deep Truth. These myths are keeping you separate from someone like me.  Just like my myths kept me in the “I’m not intuitive like you” camp for way too long.

This myth is not true. Just a distorted story which disempowers.  

 

There are lots of myths about how the Angelic conversation is supposed to happen.  If you’ve witnessed me live streaming – which is most typical when I teach, guide a meditation, offer an Angel Healing session, or an Angel Card Reading – you’ve witnessed one way of flow.   

I’d love to also talk about how damn awkward these conversations with Angels can be. 

To help you understand their nonlinear nature. How conversations unfold over time, across various messengers, and skip around topics. How the information is often cryptic, symbolic, and multisensory. How they show up at the most inopportune times.

How they pick up the conversation with abrupt questions, laughter when things aren’t funny, and challenges to act when it makes no sense.

About how to open to their rants about how much you are loved, cherished, and enjoyed. To let yourself feel the feels and experience the otherworldly even when it is physically disorienting or confusing.

More than half of all adults in the US report feeling protected by a Guardian Angels, even those not considered religious.  One survey polled 1,700 respondents of diverse religious faiths: evangelical Protestants, black Protestants, mainline Protestants, Catholics and Jews. The finding that 55% affirmed a belief in guardian angels across religious, educational, and regional lines. Apparently, those angels really get around.

Tune into the Sacred

I was singing Christmas Carols in my car the other day when an advertisement for a senior assisted living community came on the radio.

The peppy announcer revealed that my holiday could be a bit brighter if I looked into arranging my every need at this facility.  A must for my holiday gift list with a side of peace of mind in the New Year.

This caught my attention. What did long term health care for the elderly have to do with this Christmas season, I wondered.

As the next ad announced the perfect gift of an oil change and safety check on my vehicle and promised holiday delight and peace on Earth, I was intrigued. I began to listen in earnest to the ads sprinkled between the holiday classics.

How many ways were there to spruce up my holiday, family happiness, and overall wellbeing?

Apparently, I could do this with fast food, slow food, appliances, clothing, travel, pet supplies, and eyeglasses. Who knew that holiday cheer was so abundantly available and that Santa had sold out on every level imaginable!

Interspersed within the traditional carols and local high schools rearranging the classics, were a few songs of devotion.

Oh Holy Night. The Sacred Light appeared on Earth. This invitation seemed quieter and sturdier than the garish promises of a consumer soaked culture desperate for just the thing to right the tilt of a world gone astray.

I felt a deep resonance within the story of the birthing of the Sacred Light.

The light shimmered in every traffic light, headlamp, and reflection. Here was the longevity of something that always was and always will be available. Right now, this Light was not so much needing to be purchased as it was ready to be opened. 

Despite the mad seeking for the perfect gift all around me, I became aware of the deep potential to saturate within this Light.

Turning off the noise of the radio, I drove within the silent harmony of this invitation as the Light reflected within, around, and without.

Everything mundane and magical shimmered as the Light danced with every form and every idea.

Every magical idea of Santa and every belief that gifts would brighten our lives became understandable. The manipulation of this Sacredness, be it in consumerism or religion, was innocent within this dance. Absolutely everything could be enjoyed, valued, and shared.

 

This Sacred Light was simply available without concern for how it was depicted, missed, or distorted.

 

With gratitude I turned the radio on again and let the Light pour through my heart as I sang the songs and honored the silliness of the advertisements.

I was Light Soaked through and through – ready for Santa, ready for the birthing, and open to goodwill and peace on Earth.

I believed in the goodness of humankind and the potential for evolving into the luminous human. I returned to the magic of generosity, love, and receptivity be it in our hearts, our homes, or through kind acts. I felt the cheery “ho ho ho” harmonize alongside the soaring Angelic choir and the grinch persona within.

I was infused with the Light and tuned into the Sacred. All without stepping into the mall.

In a world of consumerism, it is important to expand your understanding of how you consume.  Research has shown when you witness an event (think tv commercial, youtube, news cast), mirror neurons in the brain light up as if you are performing the event yourself.  Thinking about exercise has been found to build muscle mass. The contagion effect explains why being part of a crowd bursting with negative energy leaves you angry or unsettled. You are a consumer of all things that you notice. And influenced by more things than you realize. Get conscious about what and how you consume. Eat more light.

Do I need to Pack a Bag for this Journey?

I’ve been reminiscing about some of my most intimate relationships recently.

The kind I have with the celestial realm.  The Angels. The Archangels. The Mothers. The Luminous Ones.  The most grounded celestial of all – Pachamama (Mother Earth).  It has been an interesting time.  Kinda like Treasure Mapping my life backwards to discover the Map Markers or key events that led me into these enriching and challenging relationships.  

At first, I thought I stumbled upon them.  (That assumption was quickly corrected.)  

I was shown a series of inner images that linked together the Sacred Invitations to enter the Path of the Sacred Feminine Mystery (although I am crystal clear those words were never mentioned).  Probably the main reason that I didn’t map this path as I walked it was that it was understated.

In fact, most introductions were downright underwhelming. A flop considering the expectations of my mind.

I recall a delicious afternoon at a friends house 15 years ago where we gathered to receive attunements to Archiea Faith.  A female Archangel – go figure – who hung out with Archangel Michael.  Oh yeah, I knew him.  Thanks to a few angel books.  So, I was in and expecting fireworks.  An attunement!  To a Female Archangel (Archeia)!  Oh, how life would be easier and more delightful. 

My experience was a bit of a dud.

 It was lovely hanging out with the ladies and listening to their exquisite experiences.  Mine felt sweet – full of peace and gray static in my inner vision. Then it was done.  I was good.  I liked these ladies and they had cookies. 

What I totally missed at the time was how the depth of that Sacred Invitation would totally rearrange and direct my life forward.

 

Looking back, I realized the next 5 years involved a series of journeys. The celestial kind and the ones requiring an airplane.  They led me to weeklong adventures diving into the Divine with plenty of contact with the (well known) Angels (not an Archiea in sight) and the natural world. About a year in, after I was certified as an Angel Therapy Practitioner®, the Angels suggested that I let them teach me directly.  Again, I was in. 

So, I quit reading angel and spiritual books. I opened to the invitation to be mentored by the Angels. (I figured they knew a bit more than I did). 

Life changed. It became easier (when they weren’t kicking my ass or unpacking my many years of conditioning). All in all, looking back, those 5 years included a lot of healing and transcending my old, limiting beliefs. For that, I am deeply grateful. I got to pay it forward and witnessed the Angelic Mentoring that flowed through me. This was often attributed to me, however in reality, I was just a student along with everyone else.  

A decade ago, I was minding my business at the gym, when I was literally blown off the treadmill.  (Thank God-ess for that red emergency button or it would’ve been even more dramatic). 

Breathing deeply, and not from exertion, I wondered how the photo of The Temples of Humankind in the magazine I was reading had the energetic force to blow me backwards.  (Note to Those in The Know:  just not a great idea when a human is walking on a moving belt). 

So, there that was.  An Invitation to travel to Damanhur for an immersion into their community and The Temples of Humankind (worth a Google to look at the spectacular Temples … hidden in a mountain, created in secret in the Piedmont valley, and dedicated to all Sacred Traditions.  Or check out the Temples photo book in Soul Sanctuary).  

I immersed in Damanhur and the Temples for 10 days, including a spontaneously small group sleep over in the Hall of Mirrors (first group ever).  I didn’t sleep much that night.

I experienced so much at Damanhur and our trip to Turin, yet realized when I came home that I had not even scratched the surface.  That was okay. I figured I would be taught along the way – unpacking more of what was given to me in Italy. After running through the Frankfurt airport to catch my connecting flight (good thing I can read German), I had time for a quick pit stop before boarding.

As I walked out of the ladies room, I faced a poster of the Po River and a the beautiful Catholic Church in honor of Mother Mary.  This temple was originally a Temple to the Goddess (Isis, Great Mother) and was rebuilt in Catholic Italy to honor the Mother in their way.  

It was there that the world tilted and I lost my shit.  

As the Great Mother spoke to me and strongly put forth her Sacred Invitation, I stood there crying while women bumped me gently on their way out of the ladies room.  As I slowly boarded the plane, I realized that while I thought I had come to see Damanhur (and I’m grateful I did,) the revelation of Her simple instruction made things clear. 

I’ve spent the last 10 years unpacking that short conversation.  And now I live it.

So, the answer to the question: “Do I have to pack for this Journey into the Sacred Feminine Mystery?” is a big fat no.

Research from the University of New South Wales suggests how trusting your gut instinct can help guide faster, more accurate decision making. Measuring intuition, participants were exposed to emotional images outside conscious awareness while attempting to make accurate decisions. The results of the study found that even when people were unaware of these images, they used this information to make more confident and accurate decisions. Intuitive awareness, as a topic of research, is gaining ground as it is considered more than just a fuzzy feeling. Einstein credited intuition for some of his success.
