I’m Kathy
A psychologist, soul guide, intuitive, and artist dedicated to assisting your unique journey of self-discovery, personal transformation, and spiritual expansion.
I was raised human (like you). So, I imagine we have a lot in common.
Like a life full of twists and turns that you couldn’t have predicted. Landing in some places you never would have chosen to visit. Carrying old stuff you really want to lay down. Aware that you’ve been loved and supported so much (or not) along the way.
And still, you’re dreaming of becoming so much more.
Looking back over the map of my life, I marvel at the brilliance of how every soaring accomplishment, heartbreaking disappointment, simple pleasure, or challenging adventure worked in concert to bring me here to this moment of my life.
And deeply grateful for every single person who encouraged and empowered me to live more authentically. Touching the Sacred in so many ways has altered my world view and enhanced my life beyond description.
I’m committed to fully engaging the complexity of life (even when it feels overwhelming). To think outside the box, grow beyond my comfort zone, and explore what feels absolutely true to me. To love fiercely and freely even when I feel vulnerable. I intend to align with my Soul even when the world (and my mind) tell me I’m crazy. Even when I’ll surely disappoint others.
And I’m aiming to live it as WholeHeartedly, Soulfully, and Courageously as I can. I’m gonna show up as honestly as I can in every moment. And treat myself and others with as much kindness as I can muster. I’ll listen deeply and share freely so I may contribute meaningfully to the wellbeing of my human family and our beautiful planet.
And I’d love to share this journey with you.
