Via Sophia is a path of embodied wisdom
inviting you into a lived relationship with the Mystical Feminine.
This intimate immersion offers you space to explore your inner knowing
and recognize the intelligence already alive within you.
Not because life isn’t working, but because what once felt meaningful no longer feels like enough. You may not have words for it. You just know there is more of you here than has been lived.
You’ve done the work. You’ve shown up for your life, your relationships, your responsibilities. And still, there is a quiet sense that something deeper is waiting, not out there, but within you.
The Via Sophia Immersion is not about becoming someone new. It is about creating the space to listen, to feel, and to recognize what has always been present, but perhaps not yet fully lived.
In the rhythm of nature, in the presence of other women, and in a field that is both grounded and alive, something begins to open. Not forced. Not performed. Simply revealed.
And from here, you begin to live from a place that feels more true.
There is a rhythm to this immersion that reflects the deeper intelligence you are already living within.
Via Sophia is not a path you study or achieve through effort. It is a way of embodied wisdom that unfolds through direct experience. It reveals more as your body relaxes, your perception becomes finely tuned, and your relationship with what is already moving in your life becomes known.
Each day unfolds naturally as we enter the field of feminine wisdom together. Through teaching, practice, ceremony, and shared exploration, you begin to recognize the subtle patterns of your own inner landscape. You’ll discover the places where Life is asking to open, soften, or shift.
Surrounded by the beauty of nature, you explore the living rhythms of the feminine through cycles and the unfolding spiral. You begin to interact with the presence of the Mystical Mothers as guiding intelligences, experienced not as concepts to understand, but as fields you sense, relate to, and embody in your own way.
Space is woven throughout each day, offering you time to rest, relax, and reflect. A walk in the jungle. A dip in the pool. Journaling in silence. Laughing with friends. Taking a nap. As the pace softens, what is opening within you has the space to settle.
This spaciousness is not separate from the path. It is how wisdom becomes embodied so it can be lived within your everyday life.
Evenings carry a different rhythm. As the day quiets, something deepens. What began as insight or recognition starts to take root as lived experience. As something you can feel, trust, and begin to live from.
Your own emerging wisdom becomes part of the shared field. Something is spoken, felt, and known. This flows through you, through the land, through the women beside you.
This is Via Sophia. A path where wisdom is not something you seek, but something you recognize, embody, and live.
Over time, what begins as a moment becomes a way of being.
These retreats are like a cocoon of love, sacred energy, and expansion that cultivate a nesting and deepening into self. Kathy is a masterful teacher who approaches sacred work with a beautiful balance of humanity and divinity. This safe space invites a relaxed openness for you to process emotions, insights, and shifts.
Kathy’s energetic and spoken language in her teachings, meditations, and guidance resonate with me deeply. She has a gift for nuanced and intuitive articulation of emotions, thoughts, and experiences that are often hard to describe. Yet, her presentation is digestible and applicable, allowing the wisdom to sink into the mind, heart, and soul.

Enjoy your morning coffee while gazing across the jungle to the sea. While relaxing around the pool or on a shaded deck, you may enjoy a smoothie or tea from the elixir bar.
Fresh air. Fresh food. Fresh beginning of each day.
A rhythm begins to take hold here.
Mornings may open in stillness. The air warm, the sounds of the jungle already alive around you. You find yourself moving more slowly, not by effort, but because something in you no longer needs to rush.
As you gather in circle, you notice that conversations deepen naturally. What is shared is real. Honest. Sometimes unexpected. There is space to speak, and just as importantly, space to listen. To feel what is true for you without needing to perform, protect, or resolve it.
You are introduced to the Mystical Mothers not as ideas, but as living fields of wisdom you begin to recognize within yourself. Through guided experiences, reflection, and ceremony, something begins to reorganize from the inside.
There are moments of beauty woven throughout the week. A carefully prepared meal. A conversation that lingers. Time by the water. Laughter that comes easily. Silence that feels full rather than empty.
Evenings carry their own texture. Candlelight. Ceremony. A softening into something more subtle. You may find yourself sensing, knowing, or trusting in ways that feel both new and strangely familiar.
Nothing is forced or worked on with effort here. And yet, something begins to shift. You notice a quiet reorientation toward yourself, toward life, toward what you already know but may not have been living.
You begin to experience true mystical living. This deep, natural intimacy with life. As close as each breath and alive in each moment.

Uncertain what to expect and hesitant to attend the Sacred Immersion Retreat alone, I reached out to Kathy. She welcomed me warmly, invited me to come as I am, and encouraged me to trust the process.
Through carefully arranged workshops, open discussions, energy healing, chanting, meditations, and ceremony, I was opened up far more than I anticipated. All that I was seeking was revealed to me and then some.Through the retreat, I reconnected with my inner guidance, found my people, and came home to myself. What I experienced was nothing I expected and everything I needed.

The Via Sophia Immersion offers you the opportunity to step out of your everyday rhythm and into a space of deep connection, nourishment, and reflection. And then, after a delicious retreat, you return home. Back into your everyday life. I understand this shift and will support your return.
You’ll explore how your lived experience of the Way of Feminine Wisdom may be practically applied in your everyday life. And how it is possible and deeply practical to inhabit your life with love, beauty, and wisdom.
Your Via Sophia Immersion empowers you to embrace your life as sacred.
I’ve been guiding individuals and groups for over 40 years as a clinical psychologist and spiritual mentor. For the past 20 years, I’ve worked exclusively with women who are interested in deep transformation and spiritual evolution.
I offer intimate classes, weekend trainings, immersive retreats, and international journeys such as Via Sophia.
Many of my offerings are centered in the living exploration of the Mystical Feminine and the intelligence of the relational field. This work is both deeply experiential and grounded in real life.
I draw from a range of wisdom traditions, integrating skills, practices, and lived experience to support meaningful inner work within a space that is steady, clear, and well held. The Via Sophia Immersion is held within that same depth of presence and care.

Space is intentionally limited to preserve the depth of the experience.
Attending the Sacred Immersion Retreat deepened my understanding of how we are in relationship with the Universe. The energy was incredibly powerful and healing. I found myself moved in ways I hadn’t expected. Through the experiences, the teachings, and the community of women, something shifted in me.
The spiral light ceremony, in particular, gave me exactly what I needed, even though I didn’t know I needed it. I left feeling protected, safe, and deeply supported—by something greater, and within myself. I have a new foundation now. I feel changed.

This immersion is for women who feel a genuine pull toward living more intimately with their own life.
Via Sophia is not about learning something new as much as it is about entering a different rhythm of being. One that is attentive, relational, and deeply connected to what is already unfolding within you.
There is nothing you need to be or become to attend. Only a willingness to be present, to listen, and to engage your life more directly.
If you feel the call, we begin with a conversation to explore whether this immersion is a good fit for you.
