- Round trip airfare from home
- Personal medical and trip cancellation travel insurance (required)

- Hotel nights outside of program
- Snacks, gifts, food, alcohol, meals, and beverages outside of program
- Additional healing sessions, services, visits, or activities outside of program
- Consultations or healing sessions with Kathy beyond program
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500 USD retainer.
Cancellations made between May 1 and July 2, 2025 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellations between July 3, 2025 and trip departure will result in a total loss of funds.
Should the exchange rate vary more than 5%, the trip price will be subject to change.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if not meeting minimums (you’ll be refunded in full.)
Travel insurance with medical coverage is required. For your convenience, if a US citizen, we can provide you with a personal quote for travel insurance options. We’ll also offer suggestions for those residing outside of the US.
Your Flights & Arrival in Turn
Please book your flight to arrive at the Turin-Caselle Airport (TRN) in Turin, Italy on September 3, 2025. Your Journey includes 1 night at the Grand Hotel Sitea in Turin (September 3rd) so you may rest and explore the magical city of Turin.
The group program begins at 9am on September 4, 2025 when you’ll be transported from Grand Hotel Sitea to Damanhur.
